Shooting in a storm

On the day of the photo shoot for the High Tide album, Saturday, 25 October, there was a severe weather warning. Gale force winds were blowing at the chosen beach location of Wassenaarse Slag in Holland. Sand and streaks of white foam from the breaking waves were flying around. It was a challenge to walk onto the beach carrying furniture for the shoot. It was even trickier to keep the lighter props, including an old French violin and a bow, together. The resulting photos, however, conveyed great depth and drama, perfect for the album title. Some of them are expected to appear on this site and Marc's social media from mid November.
